Special Plate Online Order Form
This transaction allows you to order Right Whale, Fish & Wildlife, Cape Cod and Islands, Invest in Children, Olympic Spirit, Blackstone Valley, Boston Bruins / Youth Hockey, Red Sox / Jimmy Fund, United We Stand, or Massachusetts Animal Coalition plates.
Your order can only be processed if there are no changes to your current registration. You will need your Massachusetts registration to process your order.
Important: The address on your registration MUST be your current address. If you need to change your address, please contact the Telephone Center to process the change before processing this transaction.
Your new plates and registration will be mailed to you within ten business days.
Special plates are randomly assigned. You may not request a particular plate number or retain your current plate number.
Important
Due to high demand for some special plates, customers who order the plates online may receive plates that are valid for less than two years. If this is the case, your registration fee will be pro-rated.
Don't forget, your special plate fee is tax-deductible!
